Arnold S. Edinberg, 82.

WORCESTER Arnold S. Edinberg, 82 died suddenly on Sunday, November 22nd in Saint Vincent Hospital.

He leaves his wife Phyllis (Kraus) Edinberg, a son Eric Edinberg and his wife Stephanie Smith of Evanston, IL, two granddaughters Jexa and Azra Edinberg, a brother Norman Edinberg of Truro, nieces and nephews. His son Jefrrey S. Edinberg died in 1998.

He was born in Worcester a son of James S. and Goldie (Hurowitz) Edinberg and was a Naval Veteran of WWII. He was a commercial artist and owned Edinberg Associates, Inc. an advertising agency and retired several years ago.

He was a member of Irving Yarock Post #32, Jewish War Veterans, B'Nai Brith, a Member of the Board of Directors of the JCC, was a founding member of the Holden Towers Tennis Club, and a member of the W.I.S.E. Program at Assumption.

Funeral services will be held at 2PM TODAY, TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 24th in Perlman Funeral Home, 1026 Main St.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Jeffrey S. Edinberg Memorial Fund, c/o Jewish Community Center, 633 Salisbury St. Worcester, MA 01609 or to the Jeffrey S. Edinberg Scholarship Fund c/o The Greater Worcester Community Foundation, 370 Main St., Worcester, MA 01608. Memorial observance will be held at his residence, 57 Paradox Drive through Wednesday evening.
