? ArnoCorps is a rescue team, not assassins. They are a renegade band of AWOL Austrian Commandos committing audio assaults to liberate the masses from the yoke of apathy placed upon them by the liberal corporate media. These men are prophets of the action adventure lifestyle that practice what they preach. ArnoCorps consists of Holzfeuer in charge of vocalizations, Vielmehr Klampfe on left-side guitar, Toten Adler on right-side bass, Der Wolf on left-side bass, Inzo der Barakuda on fight-side guitar, and Gellend Adler completing the symmetry on drums. Much more can be learned of ArnoCorps at their incredibly comprehensive website, arnocorps.com. *Note: The following interrogation interrogation

What's the underlying ArnoCorps ethos?

Holzfeuer: We're not into ether.

Toten Adler: We don't huff the ether.

Holzfeuer: The question to ask: is it performance enhancing? Now that is the question. If it's not, then its not part of [ArnoCorps]. But I'll tell you about the overall philosophies of ArnoCorps and the overall background. The fact of the matter is we're singing about ancient heroic folklore and mythology from our homeland in Austria. All of these same tales that we sing so passionately about have been bastardized bas·tard·ize

and sold out to Hollywood. This has been done for many reasons, but I'm not going to go into it because its negativity, and ArnoCorps is about positivity. We are about heroism, ballsiness, and feeling the pump up there, and it is fantastic. And it is all about the action adventure lifestyle, pursuing your life to the utmost potential that you can. If you're on your skateboard, Toten Adler, he did a backside 360 heelflip on the quarterpipe.

Toten: That's right. Exactly.

Holzfeuer: No problemo No problemo is a phrase used in North American English to indicate that a given situation does not pose a problem. It has roughly the same meaning as the expression "", but is rarely heard as a response to prompts such as "thank you" and "I'm sorry". , first try. I was doing 360 kickflips over fire hydrants for rigorous training, so that when I get on stage I will have perfect symmetry and my whole approach to the whole stage persona there.

voice. The one very single most powerful thing that we do in our day is our meals. What we do every day when we wake up in the morning is extremely important. You know how they-say in the morning you have to eat your greens, right? This is a very powerful popular statement. Everybody buys into it. But ArnoCorps takes it one step further here. We not only eat our greens, but we eat green berets Green Berets

Holzfeuer: As far as training, physical-wise,

Toten: Exactly, that's right.

Holzfeuer: Gellend Adler pushed the Wheel of Pain for 40 years.

Talk about the Wheel of Pain. Explain it.

Gellend: The Wheel of Pain, of course. When I was at the age of four years old, I was born in the Santa Cruz Santa Cruz, city, United States

 mountains, right there.

Toten: You popped out very large at four.

Gellend: Of course I did, right? I was a big boy. Alright, let me tell you, we lived in a hippy compound up there in the hills of Santa Cruz. And then late one night, I think it was August 4, there was a big ruckus. Everybody woke up to find that little Gellend Adler was missing.

Holzfeuer: Kidnapped!

Gellend: I had been kidnapped.

Toten: Everybody in the commune was very, very worried.

Gellend: Apparently Toten forgot the next day.

Toten: Forget about what?

Gellend: Exactly. Anyhow, then I was taken to the mountains of Austria, alright.

Holzfeuer: He was sold out to corrupt wheat-growing strudel (character) strudel - Common (spoken) name for the commercial at sign, "@", ASCII 64.  makers.

Gellend: They made the finest strudel in all of Austria. And the reason they had this fine strudel was because of the wheat that was grounded by slave labor. That was me; I was a little child slave--forced to push this big mill, which I like to call the Wheel of Pain, grinding this grain, of course. So I walked around and around. And let me tell you, all this walking around and around really got me in the pits of my soul. I love symmetry and round objects, they make me feel comfortable and at home now.

Holzfeuer: That's why he plays drums so well.

Gellend: 'Cause everything is so round and it's all about roundness, circulars, and symmetry, and all these kinds of things.

Holzfeuer: He even built his own Wheel of Pain that he now trains on. And I joined the gym.

Gellend: That's right. I have a 12-foot Wheel of Pain in my backyard. It has a 3,200-pound stone that I grind my own wheat on nowadays.
