One of MRM's advantages is that it will hit hostile vehicles beyond the line of sight by relying on a constellation of sensors and ground scouts to lock on targets, a spokesman says. It attacks in two ways--via the designated mode, a scout will place a laser on the enemy and the MRM will find its way to it. In the autonomous mode, the round is fired at a designated area and it subsequently finds the target on its own.
