For more information, visit www.armorworks.com. I had a note due to a lender. The collateral is Oil and Gas production and mineral leases with Proven reserves. Two weeks before the note was due a deal fell thru to pay off the note. I had another party step in to pay out the lender but needed six months to structure the deal ( $4.7 M) In the mean time the lease on a major portion of the collateral was going to expire. The new lender offered to put up the Money to renew the leases if the lender would extend the note for six months until he raised the money to pay the note. The note holder would never give the new lender an answer and the leases expired along with a majority of the collateral. My question is. Do I have a claim against the note holder for failure to negotiate in good faith and fair dealing. The proven reserves we lost was 3 times the amount of the note.

Thank You
M.
