AH announced that it has signed a definitive merger agreement to acquire Stewart & Stevenson Services, Inc. AH has agreed to pay $35 per share in cash for the business and plans to fund the transaction with cash from its balance sheet and approx. $310m of cash on hand at SVC (1) (Switched Virtual Circuit) A network connection that is established at the time the transmission is required and disconnected when the session is completed.  as of 01/31/06. The balance of the purchase price is expected to be drawn from the new senior credit facility. AH anticipates earnings guidance for 2007 for the combined Co. to be in the range of $4.50-5.00 per share.
