Armed robbers are jailed for five years after raid on petrol station.

TWO men who carried out a terrifying armed robbery at a service station have each been jailed for five years.

Scott Nomicas and John Westley John Westley (born 1636) was probably born at Bridport, although some authorities claim he was born in Devon. The son of the Rev. Bartholomew Westley and Ann Colley, daughter of Sir Henry Colley of Carbery Castle,[1] , both aged 20, admitted robbery and possessing an imitation firearm.

Walter Bealby, prosecuting, told Wolverhampton Crown Court that they carried out the raid on Wood End Service Station, Wednesfield, in June. They were arrested a short time later because they made their getaway in a van owned by West-ley's father and a witness took the registration number.

Judge Mark Eades told Nomicas, of Overseal Road, and Westley, of Argil ar·gil
