Armanino Foods of Distinction Increases Quarterly Dividend by 25%.


HAYWARD, Calif. -- Armanino Foods of Distinction (Pink Sheets:AMNF AMNF Address Mark Not Found (hard drive error) ) announced today that its directors have increased the quarterly dividend by 25% compared with the same period last year, from a penny per share to 1.25 cents.

The dividend will be paid on or about April 28th, 2006 to shareholders of record on April 12th, 2006.

During 2005, Armanino shares were split 5-to-1. This means that on an "apples to apples" basis, the newly declared dividend declared dividend
