Armanino Foods Declares Regular and Special Dividends Totaling 3.75 Cents Per Share.


HAYWARD, Calif. -- The Board of Directors of Armanino Foods of Distinction (Pink Sheets:AMNF AMNF Address Mark Not Found (hard drive error) ) today declared the regular quarterly dividend of 1.25 cents per share Cents per share

The amount of a mutual fund's dividend or capital gains distributions that a shareholder will receive for each share owned.
, together with a special dividend of an additional 2.5 cents per share. Together, these payments amount to 3.75 cents per share and will be payable on or about Jan. 26, 2007 to shareholders of record of Jan. 5, 2007.

"Through the first nine months of this year," said William Armanino, the company's President and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization.
