Dr. Feigenbaum will be emphasizing the business economics of quality, just three months before 11 nations join the euro, and amid growing concerns about how the financial crises in Asia, Russia and Latin America Latin America, the Spanish-speaking, Portuguese-speaking, and French-speaking countries (except Canada) of North America, South America, Central America, and the West Indies.  will impact Europe.
