Armacell International GmbH announced that its subsidiary in the U.S., Armacell LLC, has purchased Monarch Rubber's 69,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Spencer, WV.

LLC - Logical Link Control , has purchased Monarch A data capture program from Datawatch Corporation, Chelmsford, MA, (www.datawatch.com), that is used to transfer data from mainframe and minicomputer reports to the PC. It uses report files that contain data ready to print. Rubber's 69,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Spencer, WV. Monarch is a manufacturer and developer of high quality cellular rubber and plastics foams used by value-adding producers for a wide range of applications.
