(Nasdaq/NM: HOST), a hotel development and management company, announced that it completed a 1-for-100 reverse stock split, immediately followed by a 100-for-1 forward split on November 28, 2003, the effective date. As a result of the reverse/forward split, the company will completely redeem for cash the shares of common stock owned by stockholders holding less than 100 shares on the effective date.
