Herman as its new President and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. . Mr. Herman will assume this role on January 7, 2003. Mr. Herman will also join Arlington Hospitality's Board of Directors as of this date.
