Hotel Sales As part of its hotel development strategy, Arlington Hospitality sells existing AmeriHost Inn hotels, as well as other branded hotels, subject to satisfaction of the company's sale and investment parameters for each hotel marketed for sale. As recently announced, the company has implemented a strategy to sell six non-AmeriHost Inn hotels along with 20 to 25 AmeriHost Inn hotels over the next two years.
