Arlington Capital Partners Announces the Acquisition of ADB Industries, CGR Technologies and Thompson Industries by Portfolio Company TSI Group, Inc.

WASHINGTON -- Arlington Capital Partners, (www.arlingtoncap.com), a Washington, DC based private equity firm, today announced the acquisition of ADB Industries ("ADB"), CGR Technologies ("CGR") and Thompson Industries ("Thompson") by Arlington's portfolio company TSI Group, Inc. ("TSI"). TSI (www.tsigroupinc.com) is a world-class supplier of custom engineered electronic assemblies and thermal management products, enclosures and interconnect solutions for military, commercial and security applications.
