Arkeia Presents Linux Data Protection Solutions for Silicon Graphics Altix Servers at Oracle OpenWorld Conference.

Arkeia Network Backup features increased 64-bit Linux support with packages for Intel Itanium 2 and AMD (Advanced Micro Devices, Inc., Sunnyvale, CA, www.amd.com) A major manufacturer of semiconductor devices including x86-compatible CPUs, embedded processors, flash memories, programmable logic devices and networking chips.  Opteron(TM) as well as support of Kernel 2.6 Linux distributions.
