Arkansas State University's Delta Center for Economic
Development will receive a grant of almost $98,000 to help support a new
program to demonstrate the role that counties can and should play in
economic development initiatives. Sens. Blanche Lincoln and Mark Pryor
and Rep. Marion Berry, all Democrats, announced the award from the
Economic Development Administration.
