When it was originally created by the General Assembly in 1899, this was only the Railroads. had adopted and affirmed a December 4 order by the Commission's Administrative Law Judge administrative law judge n. a professional hearing officer who works for the government to preside over hearings and appeals involving governmental agencies. They are generally experienced in the particular subject matter of the agency involved or of several agencies. In a related development, the Oklahoma Public Service Commission today issued an order approving the merger. In addition to consideration by Arkansas and Oklahoma, the consummation of the merger is conditioned upon the receipt of approvals of applications pending with regulatory commissions in Kansas and Missouri, and upon such approvals becoming final orders.
