Dr. Kimberly Davis of Jonesboro has been named regional medical director for Arkansas Blue Cross & Blue Shield's southeast region in Pine Bluff. Davis previously was a hospital physician for Northeast Arkansas Medical Center in Jonesboro, an assistant professor of family medicine for the Area Health Education Center in northeast Jonesboro and worked for the Monette Family Medicine Clinic. Dwayne Pierce, a Jonesboro native, has been promoted to regional executive for ABCBS in Pine Bluff. Pierce joined the insurance carrier in 1998 as a sales manager in the southeast region and has held various positions, including group marketing representative and Primary Care Network board manager.
