Arkados Inc. on Target for Fiscal Year.

NORTH PLAINFIELD, N.J. -- CDKnet.com, Inc. (OTCBB:CDKN) announced that its subsidiary Arkados Inc., has received a progress payment of approximately $500,000 from Leviton Manufacturing Company, Inc., one of the largest North American producers of electrical and electronic products under its co-development agreement with Leviton to create various powerline and multimedia home products.

This $500,000 payment marks the achievement of a significant goal set by Arkados for its first fiscal year as a CDK subsidiary. This achievement is mirrored in the overall spurring of interest in powerline communications for in-home, in-building, and to-the-home applications, such as Broadband Powerline (BPL) communications.

"In-place partnerships for core manufacturing and strategic customer agreements, such as those with Leviton, provide a foundation to develop a customer base and attain market share of the powerline networking segment," said the Company's President, Oleg Logvinov.
