Ark Restaurants Appoints Robert J. Stewart as CFO.Business Editors Ark Restaurants Corp., Inc. (Nasdaq: ARKR) today announced that it has hired Robert J. Stewart as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Stewart will replace Andrew Kuruc who resigned in order to pursue other interests. Prior to joining Ark, Mr. Stewart has spent the past three years at Fortis Capital Holdings, where he acted as CFO See Chief Financial Officer. and Executive Vice President. Prior to Fortis, he held numerous senior financial and audit positions, both domestically and internationally. Mr. Stewart, a CPA (Computer Press Association, Landing, NJ) An earlier membership organization founded in 1983 that promoted excellence in computer journalism. Its annual awards honored outstanding examples in print, broadcast and electronic media.
