Arizona Technology Council's Governor's Celebration of Innovation Sells Out; Third Annual Governor's Celebration of Innovation Event Sells out Early.TEMPE, Ariz. -- Tickets for Arizona's third annual Governor's Celebration of Innovation Awards event sold out earlier than anticipated this year. Although the deadline to purchase tickets for the event was slated for Nov. 3, eager players in Arizona's technology sector bought tickets and tables to the annual event at unprecedented rates.
