Are Motivated to Buy Now before Inventory Shrinks and Incentives End

PHOENIX -- Arizona's housing market is showing signs of growth. Pending transactions are at an all-time high and activity is picking up throughout the Valley. Savvy first-time home buyers are creating most of the action today. Why? First-time home buyers will automatically receive a $7,500 tax credit when they file their 2009 taxes. For example, if you owe $1,000 in taxes, you will actually get a check for $6,500. First-time buyers should hurry and take advantage of this offer now. It's ending soon and the market is changing quickly. Dave Liniger, Founder of RE/MAX RE/MAX Real Estate Maximums (Canada)  International, agrees that, "These provisions represent real economic stimulus. They will put money in the hands of millions of homeowners, increase sales, stabilize home values and add more revenues to local communities in the form of property taxes."

"Today's Real Estate Market provides a unique and affordable opportunity for first-time home owners home owner home npropriétaire occupant  to realize the dream of home ownership with little or no money down," says Jeremy House, Certified Mortgage Planner In the United States Certified Mortgage Planner is a designation for the purpose of establishing a new professional category in the mortgage sector: one that arose as a response to criticisms of the mortgage banking industry. , Prime Lending. "By capitalizing on rock bottom home prices today, historically low interest rates and a never before seen tax credit of up to $7,500 for first-time buyers, many renters can now own their own home for much less than they ever thought. In the years to come, people who didn't buy now will be saying, 'I wish I would have bought back in 2009.'"

The pace is picking up. Buyers are committing, purchasing homes and getting unheard of Not heard of; of which there are no tidings.

values. Diana Durham, Founder of the Preferred Team RE/MAX Integrity REALTORS, states that the proof is in the numbers. "Property under contract not yet closed rose to over 9,000 properties. The number of homes on the market is decreasing and we are approaching under 50,000 available homes. We are seeing multiple offers on properties. Smart buyers are winning - and winning big."

"We're very pleased that home sales are starting to pick up," said Margaret Kelly Margaret Kelly may refer to:
