PHOENIX--(BW SportsWire)--April 16, 2001

The Arizona Arizona (âr'əzō`nə), state in the southwestern United States. It is bordered by Utah (N), New Mexico (E), Mexico (S), and, across the Colorado R., Nevada and California (W).  High School Hockey Association Monday Monday: see week.  announced the opening of registration for the 2001/2002 fall season of Thunder thunder, sound produced along a path of a lightning flash, caused by the rapid heating and expansion of the adjacent air. Fall students in grades 9-12, born between 9/1/82 and 8/31/88, and in good academic standing, are eligible to play. The 2000/2001 season of Thunder On Ice fielded 31 teams representing over 50 Phoenix/Tucson/Flagstaff area high schools and 500 students. The fall 2001/2002 season will run from mid-October n. 1. the middle part of October.
