The APS corporate Internet serving more than 850,000 customers, went live with Eprise(R) in December 2000. APS.com allows customers to conduct business with APS, including paying their bills; establishing, transferring, or disconnecting service; making payment arrangements; viewing historical account information; managing landlord accounts and more. Utilizing Eprise Participant Server, APS has customized Web content to various customer groups and was able to implement a new online magazine spotlighting APS' involvement in the community.
