Ariz. college to beef up remedial education.TUCSON, Ariz. (AP) -- Pinta Community College has adopted a plan that calls for more remedial-education programs and for more convenient courses for working people. The two-year plan, described as the college's most comprehensive ever, also calls for streamlining operations. "This is a revolutionary document."
