Aristotle Withdraws IPO Due to Market Conditions.

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 3, 2000

Aristotle International Inc. today withdrew an initial public offering because of unfavorable U.S. market conditions.

Aristotle, founded in 1983, provides information, products and services to advocacy organizations and commercial enterprises.
