) announced that it entered into a non-binding letter of intent with a Los Angeles-based venture capital firm, pursuant to which such firm has proposed to invest $20,000,000 in Aris in the form of a collateralized debenture, convertible into common stock of the Company. The Company anticipates a closing of the first $10,000,000 of such investment by the end of January, with the closing of the second $10,000,000 by the end of February.
