Earnings per share for the first half of 1996 were NIS 0.90 ($0.28) based on 3,129,000 shares outstanding, compared with NIS 2.15 ($0.67) per share based on 1,680,000 shares outstanding in the same period of 1995. Gross profit for the first six months of 1996 was NIS 10.8 million ($3.4 million), a decrease of NIS 670,000 ($209,000) or 6 percent from the gross profit for the comparable period in 1995.
