Don Billing

As COO and VP of Sales, Donald will lead Ariel's sales strategy and will focus on assuring operational excellence throughout Ariel Research Corporation. Don brings to Ariel 30 years of consulting and finance experience with Fortune 500 companies, and proven success in the consumer goods and pharmaceutical industries. He joins Ariel from Unisys, where he served as VP and Managing Principal for the North America Commercial Industry. During his distinguished career, Don has also held positions at AppNet/Commerce One, Inc., Ernst & Young, PriceWaterhouse Coopers, The Pillsbury Company and Ralston Purina.

Sriram Iyer

As VP of Business Development and Marketing, Sriram Iyer is responsible for guiding Ariel's entry into new markets, forging strategic alliances and building global awareness of the Ariel brand. Prior to Ariel, he was the Director of Marketing and Business Development for Cidera, a Broadband Wireless Content Distribution Network. At Cidera, Mr. Iyer and his team closed deals with Yahoo!, Akamai, and Real Broadcast Networks, helped raise over $100M in capital and built a global brand. Prior to Cidera, Mr. Iyer served at MicroStrategy and McKinsey and Company advising senior management at Fortune 500 companies on management strategy and technology implementation. Mr. Iyer has also held Software Development and Product Management roles at Microsoft Corporation.

Michael J. Reale, Ph.D

Michael Reale brings to Ariel thirty five years experience in the chemical field as industrial chemist and consultant. As Managing Consultant of Managed Services, Michael will lead the development of Ariel's Managed Services practice, which will provide (M)SDS creation on an outsourced basis. Prior to joining Ariel, Michael was President of International Product Safety Management, Inc., a consulting firm that specializes in the safe management of chemicals through their life cycles. Michael's extensive background includes executive positions with M&R Consultants, Lonza, Stauffer Chemical Company and Tenneco Chemicals. He has been a regular guest lecturer/faculty member at professional conferences, speaking on hazard communication and environmental issues and is the co-author of several books and articles on hazard communication, laboratory safety and US regulations. Michael also served as a member of Board of Directors of the Society for Chemical Hazard Communication for 14 years.
