Monterrey Development Center to Service Growing Portfolio of Aricent Clients in the Americas

MONTERREY, Mexico -- Aricent, the full-service, full-spectrum communications software (communications, software) communications software - Application programs, operating system components, and probably firmware, forming part of a communication system.
