SpinCircuit Inc., a new B2B e-commerce company that has created the Internet gateway to the new electronics supply chain, today announced that Patrick Guerra has joined the company as president and chief executive officer.

Guerra, 49, joins SpinCircuit from Ariba (Nasdaq:ARBA), one of the fastest growing B2B e-commerce companies in the world. At Ariba, he was vice president of supply alliances and network markets. SpinCircuit will leverage his experience to make its mark in the electronics supply chain market, which is valued today at approximately $230 billion, and is projected to reach $506 billion in 2003(a).
