Ariba, Inc. (Nasdaq:ARBA), the leading Enterprise Spend Management (ESM (1) (Enterprise Storage Management) Managing the online, nearline and offline storage within a large organization. Ariba, already recognized as the industry leader in sourcing and procurement solutions, now moves into a leadership position in the spend visibility segment as well.

The acquisition, which is expected to close in early April, extends Ariba Solutions Delivery services and Ariba Analysis software capabilities in the areas of spend data cleansing See address cleansing and data hygiene. , enrichment and classification.
