SAN ANTONIO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 25, 1995--Argyle Television Inc. Monday announced that it filed amended registration statements relating to relating to relate prepconcernant

 the concurrent initial public offerings by Argyle of 3,530,000 shares of its Series A Common Stock, and $125 million principal amount of its Senior Subordinated Notes.

The offerings are anticipated to commence in the second half of October 1995.
