Arguss Holdings Announces Two Acquisitions and the Proposed Acquisition of Aspen International Cable Corporation.

Arguss Holdings recently purchased two telecommunications construction companies and entered into a Letter of Intent detailing its proposed acquisition of Aspen International Cable Corporation (Aspen). In the past few months, Arguss has purchased Longnecker Communications Corp., a telecommunications construction company located near Seattle, WA that specializes in aerial construction, and Fiber Optic Services, Inc. located near Tampa, FL that specializes in fiber splicing services. Aspen, headquartered in Salem, OR, provides telecommunications design and engineering services to major telecommunications customers on a national level. All acquisitions are made for a combination of cash and securities.
