:AR.PR.A) (TSX:AR.PR.D) (TSX:AR.PR.B) today announced today that Donald M.J. Vale, a Toronto business executive, is being appointed as a Director of Argus and as a member of its Audit Committee.

Mr. Vale has held a succession of senior executive positions including with Philips Electronics (Holland) Ltd., Matsushita Electric Corporation of Japan, NBS (National Bureau of Standards) See NIST.

Argus further announced the appointment of Monique L. Delorme, C.A. as the Chief Financial Officer of Argus. Ms. Delorme has been serving as Controller, Head Office Companies for Hollinger Inc. Ms. Delorme succeeds Fred Creasey as Chief Financial Officer.

Mr. Creasey is to continue as Vice President of Argus and is to continue to work closely with Argus with respect to preparation, review and filing of financial and other disclosure.
