:AR.PR.A) (TSX:AR.PR.D) (TSX:AR.PR.B) today announced that Jonathan H. Marler and Robert Emmett Tyrrell have been appointed to be Directors of Argus.

Mr. Marler has been a practising lawyer since 1973. He is the Senior and Managing Partner of Marler Kyle van der Steen LLP LLP - Lower Layer Protocol , a law firm based in Oakville, Ontario.

Mr. Tyrrell, of Washington D.C., is the founding editor of the American Spectator, a distinguished journal of opinion and comment, which he founded in 1967 and has directed as editor-in-chief ever since. He is a contributing editor of the New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 Sun, an adjunct scholar of the Hudson Institute and a frequent contributor of comment and managerial advice in both newspapers and television.

Each of Mr. Marler and Mr. Tyrrell have also been appointed to the Audit Committee and the Independent Committee of Argus.
