Argosy Announces Leadership Transition At John Marshall Law School, Atlanta.

The John Marshall board of directors, with Argosy's assistance, has appointed a search committee to select an appropriately experienced, prominent legal educator to succeed Dean D'Agostino, said Michael C. Markovitz, Ph.D., Argosy's chairman and chief executive officer.

"During his five-year tenure, Dean D'Agostino has strengthened John Marshall academically and improved the school's relationships within the community," Dr. Markovitz said. "While on sabbatical, he will engage in scholarly research and develop advanced law courses. His enthusiasm and dedication in leading the campus certainly will be missed, but all of us look forward to the important contributions he will make in the classroom when he returns to John Marshall as a full-time professor in September 2001."

Argosy entered into a long-term agreement to manage John Marshall Law School (Atlanta) in August 1999. John Marshall is one of just four law schools in the state of Georgia and one of only two schools in the state offering part-time evening study programs.
