Argonaut Announces Management Change.

FOSTER CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 1, 2002

), today announced that John Supan has resigned as chief financial officer of the company to pursue other interests.

Argonaut also announced that, effective immediately, Lissa Goldenstein, Argonaut's president and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  has been appointed acting chief financial officer. William Calkins continues as Argonaut's corporate controller. The company has begun a formal search for a chief financial officer.
