The Company will finance the repurchase program with available cash and/or borrowings under the Company's credit facility. The Company may repurchase shares in open market purchases or in privately negotiated transactions in accordance with applicable insider trading and other securities laws and regulations. The timing and extent to which the Company repurchases its shares will depend upon market conditions, corporate requirements and other factors as may be considered in the Company's sole discretion. The repurchase program is scheduled to terminate on August 31, 2008, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Argon ST has approximately 22.4 million shares of common stock outstanding. As of August 29, 2007, the Company's stock closed at $17.77 per share.
