Argentine Enterprises Driven by Cost Reduction, but Still Select Providers on Service Quality, According to Yankee Group Survey.

When selecting service providers, demonstrated service reliability and quality slightly edges out price considerations for large enterprises. According to satisfaction rankings from enterprise clients, Telmex Argentina garnered the highest scores, with accolades in customer care and support as well as price. Arnet, the internet and data arm of Telecom Argentina Telecom Argentina S.A. (NYSE: TEO, Buenos Aires Stock Exchange:TECO2) is the major local telephone company for the northern part of Argentina, including half of the city of Buenos Aires. Briefly known as Sociedad Licenciataria Norte S.A. , ranked a close second, with high scores in geographic coverage and service reliability. Across vertical industries, roughly 25% of enterprises are interested in purchasing bundled services from their providers, with internet and WAN services as key components.
