There are many foreigners who currently call Buenos Aires home, many of whom work in the call centres mentioned in this article. In addition to that there are many well educated Argentines who are bilingual. It is therefore understandable why so many companies are setting up here. www.5ca.com is a Dutch call centre that provides services in over six languages, with most staff bi and even tri lingual.

I believe this is not only due to the large number of foreigners living in Buenos Aires but also the well educated population. University educations are well subsidized by the Government and many come from all over Latin America to study here. This highly populated population with a well developed telecoms infrastructure is what is attracting so many call centers like www.5ca.com to set up here in Buenos Aires.
