The Company has been notified by WMC that they have elected to
continue the joint venture into the second year, with several
anomalous gold targets remaining to be explored on the Rio Frio
Project area as well as further detailed work being planned for
evaluation of possible bulk- tonnage, open-pit mineralization on the
La Poposa Project area.
