Argent Mortgage Company Employees Unite to Create Better Lives for Olive Crest Youth; Donation Provides Hope and Healing for Abused Children.

SANTA ANA, Calif. -- For the second year, Argent Mortgage Company and its employees made a significant financial contribution to Olive Crest, a not-for-profit organization that provides care for abused, abandoned, and neglected children. In 2004, the majority of the funds were raised by individual Argent Associates. The donation was presented to Donald Verleur, CEO of Olive Crest.

Argent Executive Vice President of Operations Jeff Gillis commented on the donation saying: "We are pleased to once again make a donation to Olive Crest, and it makes me proud to know that the majority of this year's donation was raised by individual Argent employees. In appreciation of its continued commitment to children in crisis, Olive Crest honored Argent Mortgage with an award presented by Orange County Sheriff Michael Carona at Olive Crest's annual Black & White Ball at the Hyatt Regency Irvine.
