(OTC BB; BSE: AGAX.OB; AGX) announces today that Vitarich Laboratories, Inc. has been awarded an "A" compliance rating from the National Nutritional Foods Association (NNFA) Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Third-Party Certification Program. Vitarich is one of only approximately 50 companies in North America to achieve the Certification.

The examination is based on third-party inspection and comprehensive audits in the areas of quality operations, manufacturing and process controls, equipment and sanitation, plant and grounds, personnel, and warehouse, distribution and post-distribution practices.

The NNFA is the nation's largest and oldest non-profit organization dedicated to the natural products industry with over 7,500 members, and has implemented the GMP Certification Program to self govern the industry.
