(the Company) is pleased to announce the results of drilling to date in their Pierina Gold deposit where approximately 50 percent of Phase I exploration; a 5,000 meter Reverse Circulation (RC) and Diamond Drilling Diamond Drilling is a highly specialized industry used for mineral exploration around the world. Most commonly using wireline and core bits with diamond encrusted matrix. In spite of drilling problems, which resulted in the loss of several of the early holes, the project has been very successful in indicating the presence of an orebody which is both very large and also unusually high grade for this type of epithermal precious metal deposit. Many of the holes bottomed in high grade ore and management believes more ore will certainly be found by deepening these holes. Recent mapping together, with projections from drill sections, suggest that ore also continues under cover to the south. At present, three rigs are on the property; two Reverse Circulation drills and one Diamond drill. With the assistance of an international drilling consultant, previous drilling problems are being solved and all but one of the latest holes have reached their intended depth with much improved sample recovery. This hole drilled at a 140 degrees Azimuth azimuth (ăz`əməth), in astronomy, one coordinate in the altazimuth coordinate system. The hole cut a blind silicified and highly mineralized intersection from 56 to 86 meters at 5.16 g/t gold included within an intercept of 88 meters at 2.02 g/t gold. 200S-200E (DDH4) 56 meters at 1.06 g/t gold and 19 g/t silver including 36 meters at 2.99 g/t gold and 58 g/t silver. This hole was stopped at 56 meters due to adverse ground conditions. The hole encountered silicified and mineralized rock for its entire length and was lost in ore grade Ore grade is a measure that describes the concentration of a valuable natural material (such as metals or minerals) in its surrounding ore. Ore grade is used to assess the economic feasibility of a mining operation: the cost of extracting a natural material from its ore is directly mineralization. The bottom meter assayed 1.67 g/t gold. The hole will be redrilled to a depth of 200 meters. RC 100S-00E (RC-1) 52 meters at 4.3 g/t gold including 16 meters at 7.08 g/t gold. The hole intersected mineralized and silicified rock for its entire length and was lost in ore grade mineralization. The last two samples of 2 meters each ran 4,74 g/t and 2.90 g/t respectively. This hole will be redrilled to its proposed depth of 200 meters. RC 200S-00E (RC - 2) 23 meters at 1.49 g/t gold including 14 m at 2.14 g/t gold. This hole was located outside of the western edge of the original Pierina 1.00 gram geochemical anomaly. The hole was stopped at 23 m due to drilling problems and will be redrilled to 200 meters. RC 500S-100E (RC - 3) 16 meters at 0.44 g/t gold including 6 meters at 0.93 g/t gold This hole was located approximately 30 meters outside the original Pierina anomaly in ignimbrite ig·nim·brite n. A volcanic rock formed by the welding together of tuff material from an explosive volcanic eruption. [Latin ignis, fire + imber, imbr-, rain + caprock and was terminated at 73 meters due to drilling problems but will be deepened by Diamond drilling. The entire length of the hole was in silicified material and it is believed that ore grade material will be encountered at depth. RC 100S-200E (RC - 4) 48 meters at 2.69 g/t gold including 34 meters at 3.65 g/t gold. This hole was drilled to a total depth of 208 meters. Silicified rocks were encountered from surface to a depth of 48 meters where a fault was crossed and the rocks were argillized below. RC 300S-200E (RC - 5) 107 meters at 5.98 g/t gold including 38 meters at 9.03 g/t gold. This hole was drilled to a total depth of 212 meters. The first 108 meters was in vuggy silica mineralization which has been ore grade in other holes. The interval from 108 to 136 meters was also strongly silicified and assays for this section are pending.. (x)Silver assays for the new drill results are pending. All holes drilled and assayed to date within the outline of the original Pierina gold anomaly have returned substantial ore grade intercepts. Holes drilled outside the anomaly at 200S-00E and 500S- 100E also show encouraging results. Management believes that a substantial tonnage TONNAGE, mar. law. The capacity of a ship or vessel. 2. The Company will be employing the ODEX system of drilling in some of the next batch of RC holes which will speed up the drilling progress considerably. The Company is also making plans to add additional drill rigs to the property given the encouraging results to date which indicate the presence of a large high grade disseminated gold - silver deposit.
