Arena treats on the cards.A BID to bolster business tourism in the city has been launched with The Liverpool Delegate Card. The joint venture between the ECHO Arena and BT Convention Centre and tourism leaders at The Mersey Partnership (TMP TMP (thymidine monophosphate): see thymine. ) provides business visitors with special offers on attractions from restaurants to retailers. It is available exclusively to convention centre delegates. Participants include Liverpool One, Metquarter, Albert Dock and Bob the City Central Business Improvement District area. Bob Prattey, ECHO arena chief executive, said: "In today's economic climate it is more important than ever that we work closely with the city to deliver a complete experience."
