AremisSoft Intends Vigorous Defense Against Baseless Lawsuit.

The press release announcing the action asserts that AremisSoft, and its key officers, misrepresented the size of the Bulgarian HealthCare contract to inflate inflate - deflate  its stock price. As of today, neither the Company nor any of its officers have been served, nor have they seen the complaint or its allegations.

AremisSoft considers this suit to be frivolous Of minimal importance; legally worthless.
