- Operational Administration and Management server (OA&M) --

the OA&M server manages all gatekeepers within the network.

This provides a central point of management to the entire

network itself, and a central user registration that ensures

network-wide roaming capabilities. The OA&M also interfaces

with billing systems and external customer care systems.
