She will also compare computer records with hard copy to create an updated
inventory. Her sponsor is Weyerhaeuser's Southern Lumber business and her
mentor at the mill is Jack Godwin.

-- Maggie Brown, an English and Journalism teacher at West Craven High School,
and Scott Harrison, a 6th grade math teacher at C.M. Eppes Middle School in
Greenville, are collaborating on a study of reptiles and amphibians at
Weyerhaeuser's Cool Springs Environmental Education Center, to understand
habitat requirements. This will be the third consecutive summer that TOSAs have
continued this wildlife research project. Their sponsor is the North Carolina
Timberlands business and their mentors are Jeff Hall and Sandy Parker.
