Ardent Software Signs Italian Distribution Partner for Data Warehouse Offerings.

), a leading global data management software company, today announced that DATAMAT, a leading Italian provider of information technology, will be the exclusive distributor in Italy for DataStage(R), Ardent's extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) The functions performed when pulling data out of one database and placing it into another of a different type.
